Butter? Are you serious?!

A couple things...

I was at Subway yesterday, minding my own business, enjoying a yumsy turkey sub. This old gentleman was in line ordering his sub with his favorite toppings. I couldn't help but hear his requests as he was rather boisterous. The Subway lady asked..."Mayo & Mustard sir?" He nodded and replied back with..."Got any butter back there?!" My head immediately turned as I couldn't believe what I had just heard. The nice Subway lady stared back at the man for a good 5-7 seconds and uttered...."noooo." He rolled his eyes and proceeded down the line.

These two things do not mix well.

Another random thing that I just happened to witness...

It was Tuesday evening at about 7:00. I was filling up my gas tank at the Chevron on Wasatch just off the 3900 s. exit. I was again minding my own business just standing there waiting for the car to fill up when I noticed a very nice range rover pulling away. I then saw the gas hose still in the car!! I rose my arm and tried to say something when the hose was ripped out of it's pump! It was being drug on the ground and the un-assuming lady stopped and got out of her expensive vehicle. She grabbed the hose and looked around. Her eyes immediately affixed on me and vice versa. She looked at me with complete horror in her eyes and I almost started laughing. She took it back over to the pump and at the same time her teenage daughter started yelling..."Hurry! Let's get out of here!" The lady dropped the hose and sped away.

Two random events that again aide my assumption that I am living a "Truman Show" esque life.

Look at us...all famous....

It's weird...my agent called me up and said that my pics were popping up all over the place! I guess I'm getting a huge following in Europe! This is one of Manda Bear and I looking all hot on the city streets of Amsterdam.
They really love us in France...check out the display at the Louvre!
Here, we made a billboard outside of a well known apartment building in Madrid. The Annandale Advocate is a small publication in the U.K. Guess our wedding made the front page. Go us!My nephew Mr. Goo is even getting in on the action with this sketch artist. Gotta love that goo!In Berlin, a slideshow of our wedding pics is considered high-class cinema. Here my brothers and I are looking ever so chic! Finally, this is what the city life in Rome is all about. Oh, and that's a snapshot of the Bubble King himself owning the night skies!

I know what you're all thinking..."How can I get in on this??!!" "How can I be the next big European Star?" Go to the following website and they'll tell you what to do...

Some Sanchez Thoughts

What's on my mind....?

-I love my wife! She's the most amazing girl!

Look how cute she is barefoot at the range!

-Jim Valvano was best known for being a championship college basketball coach. He passed away 15 years ago from cancer and today is the annual Jimmy V fight against cancer on ESPN. Here's a clip from an amazing man and an amazing speech. If you watch it...I promise it will better your life and you WILL be a better person.

-The Philadelphia Phillies are officially my new favorite baseball team. This past Saturday, I chose a team out of the blue and am gonna run with it. I'm still a Yankee lover. However, they have taken a backseat behind my Phills!

-I have invented a new word. A word that I have never heard anybody use and I'm gonna take credit for it...Yumsy!
It's kind of like Yummy, but it's not. How can you use it in a sentence? Example...This tootsie pop is so yumsy!

-Registering for school and trying to coordinate my school/work/personal time is a major pain in the ace!

-A co-worker, for whatever reason, asked the entire office what their favorite flavor was. We got some random responses...steak, peaches, cookie dough, pear jelly bellies, beef gravy, strawberries, cinnamon, salmon (?). It was a hard choice and they wouldn't let me have pizza b/c "it has too many flavors...so I "nancy'd" up and said dark chocolate. I'd be interested to hear what yours is! ??

The title of this one is.....chocolate delight
-Great Harvest, or Harvest of Greatness, officially has the best sandwiches in the world! Fresh baked homemade bread, fresh turkey, fresh veggies, made with love.

This is the actual sandwich or "Sammie" as they call it that I ate today! Just look at it!
-Quote of the day....my friend Steve...."Today, I woke up and went to the gym. Just got up and went. It's never happened before and I actually feel pretty good."

-The L.A. Clippers made a huge mistake by picking up Marcus Camby. Granted, all they had to give up was a 2nd round draft pick but the man is 35 years old and is sorely overpaid and they took themselves out of the running for a big time free agent. Who's running this franchise? I'd be happy to lend my services and guaranteed they would be a playoff team within 3 years.

....until next time....

Quote of the Day....

"If Yoga was invented in Tennessee it would be called....stretching. But because it was invented in India they use the funny word."

~Colin Cowherd-ESPN Radio
