A couple things...
I was at Subway yesterday, minding my own business, enjoying a yumsy turkey sub. This old gentleman was in line ordering his sub with his favorite toppings. I couldn't help but hear his requests as he was rather boisterous. The Subway lady asked..."Mayo & Mustard sir?" He nodded and replied back with..."Got any butter back there?!" My head immediately turned as I couldn't believe what I had just heard. The nice Subway lady stared back at the man for a good 5-7 seconds and uttered...."noooo." He rolled his eyes and proceeded down the line.
These two things do not mix well.

Another random thing that I just happened to witness...
It was Tuesday evening at about 7:00. I was filling up my gas tank at the Chevron on Wasatch just off the 3900 s. exit. I was again minding my own business just standing there waiting for the car to fill up when I noticed a very nice range rover pulling away. I then saw the gas hose still in the car!! I rose my arm and tried to say something when the hose was ripped out of it's pump! It was being drug on the ground and the un-assuming lady stopped and got out of her expensive vehicle. She grabbed the hose and looked around. Her eyes immediately affixed on me and vice versa. She looked at me with complete horror in her eyes and I almost started laughing. She took it back over to the pump and at the same time her teenage daughter started yelling..."Hurry! Let's get out of here!" The lady dropped the hose and sped away.
Two random events that again aide my assumption that I am living a "Truman Show" esque life.

Hey Manda! It's Sarah! Cute blog! I can't believe the lady really pulled the gas pump out of the thing! I thought that only happened in email forwards!! Anyways, our blog is sarah--lynn.blogspot.com! See you at work tomorrow! Happy 24th and Day off!!
Last week I was in a doctors office in the back waiting for the doctor when I looked over at this office staff lady with some tattoos braided hair on top. The office was pretty quiet because I guess she had a radio at her desk playing extremely quiet because she was bobbing her head and moving like she goes to the clubs pretty often. I don't have that kind of "gangsta" in me. I was wondering what song she was dancing to when she looked forward from her computer, shook her head as if saying no, frowned her lips a little and said "Its too late". Instantly I realized it was a song by "Timbaland" called Apologize. It was such a funny moment I turned away and laughed to myself. So I love your "truman show" comparison. Here is the link to the song on youtube if you don't know what I am referring to.

First of all, I grew up with a mother who put butter on all of my sandwiches- even peanut butter ones (like they weren't fattening enough already)!! It's a southern thing. And second, I am so jealous of your experience at the gas station. I've always wanted to see that happen. You always get to see the funniest things! I love it. :-) See you guys in a few weeks!
